Holistic Registered Nurse and Health and Wellness Coach. 

Throughout my nursing career, I have seen firsthand how chronic stress, poor nutrition, lack of sleep, and unhealthy habits impact people’s health and quality of life. While traditional healthcare is essential, I believe true wellness happens when people are supported in making sustainable lifestyle changes that fit their real lives.
